We are an active group of trained volunteers who are committed to positively impacting the lives of children and families. The Junior League of Napa-Sonoma reaches out to women of all races, religions and national origins who demonstrate an interest in and commitment to voluntarism. Members are trained for leadership and effective volunteer services in management, communications, public policy, advocacy and other areas through seminars, workshops and hands-on experiences.

• Our goals are to be a catalyst for change. • To improve our community with a focus on children and families. • To train women as effective community volunteers. • To be a creative and diverse group that addresses community needs and membership interests. • We are here to promote diversity and help eliminate discrimination against women.
Mission Statement: The Junior League of Napa-Sonoma is an organization of women committed to promoting voluntarism, developing the potential of women and improving communities through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Its purpose is exclusively educational and charitable. Vision Statement: We will be an active and diverse group of trained volunteers who are committed to positively impacting the lives of children and families. JLNS is a member of the Association of Junior Leagues International, Inc. which includes over 290 Leagues in the United States, Canada, Mexico, and England.
