  AJLI presents a candid conversation with Vicki Clark about racism, anti-racism, implicit and explicit bias, and how to move forward with inclusion and belonging. The discussion will look at how calls for racial justice and equity and inclusion are changing the look, feel and functioning of organizations. Vicki will also highlight immediate actions that individuals can take to create meaningful change within their Leagues and beyond.
